Refund Policy

The Sales Ace does not offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop that you have booked for, a credit note will be issued for you to book into another workshop at a more convenient time.  To receive the credit note, full payment for the workshop will need to have been received and contact made via email to julie@thesalesace.co.uk  24 hours before the workshop date. 

Any applications for credit notes after this time will be at the discretion of the business owner, Julie Futcher.
