Hi everybody, Julie here, the Sales Ace, bringing you a sales tip to help skyrocket your business.
So, I'm going to continue this subject that I started last week and I was talking about sales, the “new normal” and how our buyers have changed, and how we have to embrace that change. Over this week and next week, I want to talk a little bit about what we can do to help that change.
So the first thing I want to talk about is looking at things like your sales processes: one of the things that buyers have identified that they're looking for is the ease of a sale.
And it's really interesting how many customers I will walk into and look at sales processes and they become not ease of sale - they can actually be a detriment to companies actually having quick sales.
So, my sales tip for this week is to re-examine your sales processes. Look at those: are they going to be robust for the new way your customers want?
For the new products, the new services that possibly your customer wants?
So, that's my tip for this week: go back and have a look at that, as it’s going to be really good for you and it's surprising actually, what comes out of that.
