Rocket Fuel - Answer your prospect's questions in advance

Recently, I had the pleasure of reading They Ask You Answer by Marcus Sheridan. I found this book really, really interesting and a great help for sales.

Hi, everybody! Julie here at The Sales Ace, bringing you another sales tip to help you skyrocket the revenue within your business.

So recently, I had the pleasure of reading this book: They Ask You Answer by Marcus Sheridan. My Sales Club and I were reading this recently, and we did a review on it. I actually found this book really, really interesting and a great help for sales. One of the messages that really stood out to me was answering for the customer in advance questions that people may have which might block a sale. And I think this is a really, really good idea: so much so that I actually sat down and thought about questions my target market might have, and put the answers on my own website.

We sometimes have frequently asked questions on websites, but this goes a step further and is more specific. I think the benefit of this is actually if you can answer some people's questions, you're building trust, maybe answering questions that people have in their minds, but they might not openly discuss with you.

So my recommendation is to sit and read this book. It does talk about things from a marketing point of view, however, I think the way that this comes about and the way that this is written is an absolute brilliant influence on sales.

So here it is. Here's my sales tip of the week: do yourself a favour and read this book. It looks thick, but actually, you can scan through this and pick up relevant points as much as you want to.

Let me know how you get on. I'd be really interested in your thoughts on this.

And if you want to check out a little bit of what I've done on my video, look at some of the workshops I'm talking about, the services I provide, and some of the questions I've answered around that.

See you all very soon!
